This Privacy Policy explains how Shubham Singh Bais ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Task Node (the "App") and other mobile applications we publish. It applies to the App available on Google Play and any related services.

Content you create. Tasks, lists, notes, attachments, and other content you add within the App are stored so the App can function and sync your data across sessions or devices.

Device permissions. Depending on the features you use, the App may request permissions such as notifications (for reminders), storage or media access (for attachments and exports), and camera access (to attach photos to tasks). We only access these when the related feature is used.

Usage and device data. We may automatically collect technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, crash logs, and usage patterns to help us maintain and improve the App.

The App may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you, in accordance with their own privacy policies, including:

• Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) — app performance and crash reporting
• Google AdMob — to display advertising within the App, where applicable

These providers may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the App's core functionality
• To sync and back up your tasks and account data
• To send reminders and notifications you have enabled
• To diagnose and fix bugs, and improve performance and reliability
• To display relevant advertising, where applicable
• To communicate with you about updates or support requests

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers (such as those listed above) solely to operate and improve the App, or when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We retain your account and task data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's functionality. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• You can access, update, or delete your account information from within the App or by contacting us
• You can disable notification permissions at any time from your device settings
• You can opt out of personalized advertising via your device's ad settings

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
