Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Task Node (the "App"), published by Shubham Singh Bais ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Task Node is a task and productivity management application that allows you to create, organize, and track tasks and related content. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use the App to upload or transmit malicious code or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you create within the App ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content. We store and process User Content only as needed to provide the App's functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App may display advertising or integrate third-party services (such as analytics and crash reporting) to operate and improve the App. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The App, including its design, features, and underlying code, is owned by Shubham Singh Bais and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
